Non-edible sausage casings sewn in the shape of a pork bladder. They support the creation of gourmet sausages such as Banski staretz and Strandzanski diado etc., without the use of natural fresh stomachs.

The sacks allow the sausages to be heat-treated, smoked and dried identically to natural ones.
