Edible collagen casings

Edible collagen casings are approved as the ideal packaging for sausages that undergo subsequent cooking and are consumed with their casing. These are grill sausages, frankfurters, debrecen, kabanos, bratwurst, etc. - are rightly placed in the 'products for the most demanding' segment.
Edible collagen casings guarantee the safety of meat products and are produced with full control of all raw material processes on site - storage, shirring, packaging.
