SIDORENKO FOODTECH implements innovations with European funding
SIDORENKO FOODTECH Ltd. has signed Contract No. BG16RFPR001-1.003-0235-C01 for the provision of non-repayable financial assistance under procedure BG16RFPR001-1.003 “Implementation of Innovations in Enterprises”.
The main objective of the project is to enhance the innovation capacity and competitiveness of SIDORENKO FOODTECH Ltd. within the thematic area of the Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation (2021–2027), by enabling the implementation of an innovative process at national level – treatment of printed sausage casing during the shirring process with a natural and safe product – high oleic sunflower oil of Bulgarian origin.
The main activity is the implementation of a process innovation at SIDORENKO FOODTECH Ltd. through the acquisition of machinery, equipment and installations representing tangible fixed assets (TFA) under Element A.
The expected effect is the production of a safe final product, ensured flexibility in relation to customer orders, increased competitive advantage, and higher market realization of the final product.
Total project value: EUR 900,000.00, of which EUR 405,000.00 is European funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under the “Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises” Programme 2021–2027.
